Terms & Policies Australia Animal Communication Training 2024

By participating in the Australia Animal Communication Training 2024, you agree to the following:

Booking Process

This training is limited to the first 30 people to register, reserve your spot while we still have space.

Successful submissions will receive a confirmation email with further information.

Successful registrations for the Whale Wisdom Enhancement will be notified and invoiced for payment after April.

All training levels incur a non-refundable deposit of £250.

If a balance is due, you will receive a reminder 7 days prior.

We reserve the right to turn down a submission if considered unsuitable, no further explanation will be required and the deposit payment will be returned.

We reserve the right to ask any student to leave the training if they are obstructive and/or distracting from the teachings and/or having an adverse effect on the group’s learning experience. Teacher decision is final and no refund given.

Terms and Conditions

Your payment is a condition of agreement and your booking is non-transferable to another course or retreat.
You qualify for a refund of the balance if we are notified in writing before 13 April 2024.
It is a condition of booking that each participant agrees not to copy or share the content of any course with anyone outside the course.

BY MAKING A PAYMENT TO ATTEND THIS EVENT YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.

Release of Liability

By purchasing this training through Animal Thoughts, I am agreeing to the Animal Thoughts Release of Liability. The provider Animal Thoughts/Pea Horsley shall have no liability to the customer/student for any claim in respect to the training. All information shared in Animal Thoughts trainings are to facilitate health and well-being and not intended to be a replacement for veterinary advice. We do not diagnose medical issues or offer medical advice. Please seek a trusted veterinarian. I am aware animals we encounter may be nervous within a group setting. As a participant I have been made aware of this and take full responsibility for my interactions with them and for the safety of others on the retreat that may be affected by my actions. Any close contact with an animal is at my own risk. I hereby release and hold harmless Pea Horsley and Animal Thoughts business and associates from liability due to accident or damage to self or animal, and/or property, and from loss of property during any retreat or workshop experience. Attending an Animal Thoughts retreat or training denotes acceptance of this release of liability.

Release of Liability – Full Detail

I recognise that the activities of boating on the ocean and all other hazards and exposures connected with these activities do involve risks and dangers inherent with these activities. I acknowledge that in consideration for being allowed to take part in the “Animal Thoughts event”, I accept and assume all of the dangers that are inherent in all of the above activities, whether or not these dangers are obvious or necessary.

I understand and agree that any bodily injury, death or loss of personal property, and expenses thereof that occur as a result of my participating in these activities, are my responsibility. In the event that any damages are to be paid, they shall not exceed the amount of consideration I have paid. And if litigation is pursued after payback of consideration has been tendered, all legal expenses of both parties shall be borne by the party first bringing forth litigation.

I hereby certify that I am in good health and that I am physically and mentally capable of handling the hazards of boating, walking, weather conditions, exposure to animals, mammals and climbing, and all other conditions associated with the “Animal Thoughts event.”

In consideration of my participation in the “Animal Thoughts event,” I do hereby release “Animal Thoughts,” Pea Horsley, and their agents and employees, from any legal liability for any and all injury or death caused by, or resulting from my participation in “Animal Thoughts event” activities, whether or not such injury or death was caused by their negligence or from any other cause.

In consideration of my participation in the “Animal Thoughts event”, I do hereby release Animal Thoughts and their agents, employees, from any legal liability for any change or interference in their programmes that could be caused by changes in laws relating to the activities or any new environmental laws.

Furthermore, I hereby waive, release and discharge the “Animal Thoughts event,” Animal Thoughts, Pea Horsley, and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all losses of property, personal injuries, damages and claims, even injuries resulting in death, whether caused by the negligence of “Animal Thoughts event” or any other cause that I might sustain as a result of taking part in the “Animal Thoughts event.”

I agree that this agreement is to bind my heirs, estate, my assigns, legal guardians, personal representatives and me.

I agree that this release and waiver agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted, and that if any part of this agreement is held invalid I agree that the rest shall continue to have full legal force and effect.

THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A STIPULATED DAMAGES AGREEMENT. DO NOT SIGN THE AGREEMENT IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR DO NOT AGREE WITH ITS TERMS.

Payment Policy

If your booking is received after one or more payment due dates, the full total of all payments for such due dates must be received before your booking is accepted. For example, if you book in May 2024, you would pay the full payment.

Balance

Any balance due is before and no later than 13 April 2024.

Failure to make a payment by the due date

If you miss a payment, we will remind you and give you a further 10 days to make the payment.

After 10 days of the missed payment, your place will be cancelled and any payments you made will be non-refundable and non-transferable. This is a strict condition of your booking and will be implemented.

Strict Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us by email before 13 April 2024 UK time.

You receive a full refund of the balance if you cancel before 13 April 2024 UK time. You must have an email from us acknowledging your request to cancel for this to be applicable. Email evidence of acknowledgement of request to cancel may be required if there is any doubt about the timing of the cancellation and/or receipt thereof. This is due to some emails not always reaching their destination.

This refund excludes payments made by you in order to fulfil your part of the trip including and not excluding international flight, travel insurance, accommodation etc.

No refunds will be given for late arrival, early departure, or unused parts of the training.

No transfers will be given to another person or to another event if you cancel your place.

It is essential you take out adequate travel insurance for this training before booking or in accordance with your policy providers terms and conditions.

For the avoidance of doubt, if you fail to make any payment by the due date we shall not be obliged to hold your place longer than 10 days. After 10 days your place will be cancelled and all payments made will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
