How are you doing? How has your 2025 been so far? The world continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace, bringing both challenges and opportunities for personal growth. Have you recognised your innate power to harness intuition during transformative times?
For the first three months of this year, I hibernated in my cave as much as possible after experiencing a shock at the end of last year that left me disoriented. This period of withdrawal became a crucial time for reflection and healing, allowing me to process complex emotions and rebuild my inner strength.
During a time of inner conflict, I consulted a retired medical professional. She reminded me of bodily autonomy. Our world now questions systems that may not serve human well-being. This questioning extends beyond healthcare into every aspect of our lives, encouraging us to examine traditional approaches and seek more harmonious alternatives.
Navigate transformation with Greater Grace and Wisdom
I followed my instincts toward alternative paths. Health transformation became my focus, I talked to my body and found guidance from animals and Nature. (Help is always available, we just need to remember to ask.) These natural connections revealed profound insights about healing and personal growth that conventional methods often overlook. The wisdom of nature became my greatest teacher, offering lessons in resilience and adaptation.
I tell this story because in these changing times, trusting our intuition is vital. Our inner compass often knows the direction before our logical mind catches up, and by honouring these subtle nudges, we can navigate transformation with greater grace and wisdom. When we align with our intuitive knowledge, we discover pathways to healing that are uniquely suited to our individual journey.
Trusting Your Intuition is Vital
I tell this story because in these changing times, trusting our intuition is vital. Our inner compass often knows the path forward before our logical mind can process it. When we learn to listen to that quiet voice within, we discover an ancient wisdom that has guided humans for millennia.
Even with mental preparation and understanding, direct experience of major changes can overwhelm us. The mind may struggle to process rapid shifts in our reality, while our intuitive senses work overtime to help us navigate unfamiliar territory. These moments of uncertainty are precisely when our intuition becomes our most reliable guide.
I encourage you to ground often, exhale deeply, and remain receptive to what the animals and Nature are telling you. Take time each day to observe the natural world around you, as it holds timeless wisdom in its cycles and rhythms. When we align ourselves with Nature’s intelligence, we strengthen our own intuitive abilities and find greater clarity in times of change.
A Message from Kingfisher
Here is a message for you from Kingfisher offering a practical tool to support you during these transformational times.
“Immense stillness.
Can you feel it in your body?
Are you fidgeting, moving your hands, your mouth, your eyes?
Try now to find immense stillness.
In this state of immense stillness, how do you relate to your life?
In this state of immense stillness, how do you relate to the natural world?
Is there a friction in your body and your mind?
Is stillness so abstract, that you find it hard to surrender to it, to release.
In faith, that it is something good.
Simply sit, wherever you are, and embrace the immense stillness.
So that we can truly be together.
As One.”
