Terms & Policies Cetacean Communication Retreat 2020

By participating in the Cetacean Communication Retreat 2020, you agree to the following:

Booking Process

Once your registration form is received places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. The first payment will be invoiced if your application is accepted. Further payments will be invoiced 7 days before the due date and will be due in full in GBP.

There is no formal teaching on this retreat. Please come with the foundation knowledge and experience, having attended an animal communication workshop or completed an online basics course with myself or another reputable animal communicator.

If you prefer a more regular payment plan we are happy to create that for you! The payment amounts will still be due by their stated dates, but we can offer smaller, more regularly invoices if that helps you.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to reserve your place.

Subsequent payments are refunded in accordance with the cancellation and refund table below.

If you miss a payment, we will remind you and give you a further 2 weeks to make the payment.

After two weeks of the missed payment, your place will be cancelled and any payments you made will be non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes the deposit payment.

If your booking is received after one or more payment due dates, the full total of all payments for such due dates must be received before your booking is accepted. For example, if you book in November 2019, you would pay the deposit payment and first payment together as one, then the following payments on their next due dates. You can also opt to pay the full payment.

If you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us before the next payment date. Places are non-transferable.

No refunds will be made if you cancel on or after 1 November 2019.

This refund excludes payments made by you in order to fulfil your part of the trip including and not excluding international flight, travel insurance etc.

You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance at a level suitable for all of the components of this trip before booking.

For the avoidance of doubt, if you fail to make any payment by the due date we shall not be obliged to hold your place longer than 2 weeks.

We have calculated the refunds due based on the timetable for payment by Animal Communication Retreats Ltd to third parties including hotel and accommodation costs.

Refunds will only be met on written receipt of notification. You can send notification here.

If you pay any sums due before the due date, the refund policy shall continue to apply.

Reserve List

Names and emails will also be held on reserve list in case of cancellations. Places are limited and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. Early booking is advised.
