Refund and Cancellation Policy



If you wish to cancel after receiving the first impressions, you do not pay a penny. If you decide to continue with the consultation after first impressions, payment is requested at that time.

We believe that the aim of every consultation is to bring healing and harmony. If you feel dissatisfied we offer you a no quibble money back guarantee.

This guarantee is what sets us apart from other animal communicators. We believe in high integrity, transparency and aim to provide you with an excellent service.

Please note: No payment is needed in advance. All payments are subject to the fee stated when your communication is actually reached and not at the time of sending in the request. This is because due to high demand there is always a waiting list and often a delay of months between request and consultation. There may be a price increase between these two points of contact.


Every workshop incurs a non-refundable deposit. The balance is fully refundable upon receipt of written notification up to 14 days of the course date. All workshop bookings are non-transferable to another course or person.


No refunds are given for mentoring or VIP-Training. All bookings are non-transferable. If you are late for a session time cannot be made up. There is scope within the 3 sessions of Mentoring to alter an appointment session because we do understand that sometimes emergencies happen, please check the booking form for precise rescheduling details.


Retreats incur a non-refundable deposit and places are non-transferable. Each retreat operates its individual refund policy. Please check the booking form for precise details.
